We were really pleased with this venue. The location was excellent with a small cafe close by and stores and restaurants nearby. We also appreciated the excellent service from staff on a different shift, who were very polite and helpful. We also liked the soundproofed rooms and the free toiletries provided in the room.

During my stay at this hotel, I was amazed by the level of comfort and attention to detail. The rooms were a perfect size and the beds were comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bathroom was luxurious and impeccably clean, making me feel pampered. The complimentary breakfast was really good, with a wide variety of options including eggs, toast, freshly squeezed juices, and different types of coffee and tea. The hotel's location in the heart of SoHo, near Chinatown and Little Italy, meant there were plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. The customer service was great, especially from Lila, were really good to ensure a nice stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, excellent location, and really good service.

As guests with disabilities, we were impressed by the welcoming and helpful staff. The location in SOHO was perfect for fully experiencing downtown, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel's decor, especially the courtyard and cafe, added to its charm. The rooms and entire hotel were clean, and the simple breakfast offered fresh, high-quality croissants and bread.

We felt so at home at The Broome, with no complaints whatsoever.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the subway, making it easy to explore all of lower Manhattan. The area surrounding the hotel is fantastic for walking, with plenty of shops and restaurants to explore. The little cafe that opens onto the courtyard is a charming spot to grab a coffee or relax. The rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploring.

The breakfast choices were somewhat limited, and it would have been nice to have more variety.

The penthouse is great, with a private patio, cool lights. The hotel is private, quiet, top floor for yourself. The cafe has Parisien vibes, perfect for light breakfast and coffee. Beautiful boutique located near Broadway with quiet rooms facing the courtyard. Friendly and professional staff, including the manager. We loved the convenience of being close to the Canal Street subway station, which made it easy to explore uptown. The hotel amenities, such as the ironing facilities, mini-bar, and flat-screen TV, added to our comfort. The soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful night's sleep, and the free toiletries were a lovely touch. The breakfast options were amazing, offering a variety of delicious choices. The hotel's wifi and luggage storage were also very convenient.

The room was quite small for the price, and the closet was not large enough to accommodate longer garments. The air conditioning was noisy and kept me awake at night, and the water pressure in the shower was disappointingly low.

As adults, we absolutely loved the serene and charming private courtyard, a little sanctuary in the middle of bustling Soho. The cafe served a delicious breakfast with fresh organic fruits, juices, yoghurts, eggs, croissants, and lox. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the room was beautifully styled. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we even found a cute shirt at the lobby store. The complimentary jars of organic strawberry jam wrapped in organza were a lovely parting gift. This hidden gem exceeded our expectations.
